At the time I didn't know I was blogging, I just wanted to post some non- edited pieces I'd written in my notebooks. I do not revise or censor this material in any way. A Prayer

Lord, make me a channel of the good of my ancestors
help me to lay down the guilt and shame which
has followed down through the generations, a weight too heavy for mere human bones to bear.
Give me peace and I will not clutch it to my heart but pass it freely to whomever is in need.
